• Application and assessment information, including your goals, schedule, exercise history, nutrition habits, sleep, stress, health context, readiness, and other answers you choose to provide.

• Communications with our team through Instagram, email, phone, SMS, forms, or coaching platforms.
• Purchase and service information. Payment-card details are processed by payment providers and are generally not stored directly by us.
• Coaching information, including check-ins, progress data, measurements, photos, goals, and feedback you voluntarily submit after becoming a client.

Information collected automatically

We and our service providers may collect device type, browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring page, approximate location, cookies, advertising identifiers, and interaction data used for security, analytics, attribution, and service improvement.

Applications and coaching may involve information about fitness, nutrition, symptoms, medications, injuries, hormones, sleep, stress, or other health-related matters. We use this information to evaluate coaching fit, personalize coaching, support safety, and deliver the services you request.

• Schedule and manage Discovery calls, Blueprint sessions, onboarding, and coaching appointments.

• Process payments, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and maintain business records.
• Send marketing communications when permitted by law and your communication choices.
• Measure advertising, analyze page performance, improve the client journey, and maintain system security.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, safety, and property of clients, users, Body By Chibby, and others.

5. Email and SMS communications

If you provide your contact information and consent to communications, we may send appointment, application, coaching, account, and service-related messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages.
• Reply HELP for help.
• You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the unsubscribe link in the email.
• Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchase.

6. How we share information

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate our business, such as CRM, website, form, scheduling, calendar, email, messaging, analytics, advertising, video-conferencing, coaching, file-storage, payment, accounting, and customer-support providers.
